Samantha is an Accredited Social Worker and Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner with extensive experience supporting people living with complex mental health conditions, psychosocial disability, and behaviours of concern. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, human rights-based, and evidence-informed approaches, with a strong focus on collaboration, dignity, and meaningful outcomes.

Samantha has worked across clinical mental health and NDIS settings, providing functional and behavioural assessments, Positive Behaviour Support planning, therapeutic interventions, and recovery-oriented support for individuals with complex needs. She has particular expertise in complex trauma, enduring mental health conditions, substance use, forensic involvement, and supporting people through significant life transitions.

Drawing on her training in Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Samantha works collaboratively with participants, families, and support networks to build capacity, enhance quality of life, and promote lasting positive change.
