Nicole Reid

Early Intervention Behaviour Support Practitioner
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Early Education, and has extensive experiencing working as an Early Intervention Teacher and practitioner in child care centres, long day care centres and NDIS allied health services.    
 
She has, for the past 15 years, worked 1:1 with children with additional needs and their families , to help children learn the skills needed to thrive and be the best little people they can be.   She has supported children, families and their support systems with school readiness programs, therapeutic programs for social skills, communication, developmental goals and behavioural needs.   She has a passion for working with young children directly to build their knowledge and development in a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive environment, and supporting families and children to meet their shared goals. 
 
At Sunny Steps, Nicole provides services to  families with children 0-12 years and is available to utilise NDIS funds including behavioural support.   She works Monday - Thursday inclusive.
