Jessica Sullivan
Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner | Registered Psychologist
Jessica is a registered general psychologist who has been a valued member of the Sunny Steps team for several years. She brings a wealth of experience in both counselling and psychological assessment, working with clients across the lifespan — including children, adolescents, and adults. Jessica has supported individuals presenting with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodivergence (such as autism and ADHD), and personality disorders.
Jessica is passionate about delivering practical, evidence-based support that is tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. She draws on a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other integrative modalities to help clients build insight, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful changes in their lives.
Prior to becoming a registered psychologist, Jessica worked in the disability and mental health sectors, supporting NDIS participants with complex needs. This experience gave her a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face, and the importance of compassionate, person-centred care.
Jessica is also SIRA-registered and able to provide psychological services for individuals accessing support under workers compensation.
Jessica is available for counselling and psychological assessment services.
