Jaimee Lieschke

Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner

Jaimee is a Registered Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with a degree in Psychology and extensive experience supporting individuals across the lifespan who present with complex and high-risk behaviours. Over many years, she has worked across a wide range of roles in the disability and mental health sectors, including clinical leadership positions overseeing multidisciplinary teams, providing clinical supervision, and driving best-practice approaches within national organisations.

Jaimee specialises in the development of person-centred, evidence-based, results and data-informed behaviour support plans that are grounded in trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and strengths-based frameworks. She has a deep passion for social justice and is committed to supporting individuals who have experienced significant adversity to feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Jaimee is known for her warm, compassionate, and playful nature. She prioritises building strong, trusting relationships with clients and their support networks, and invests time and care into truly getting to know each person she works with. Her approach is collaborative and curious, always seeking to understand the unique stories, needs and environments that shape behaviour.

Outside of her clinical work, Jaimee is passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and nature. She enjoys surfing, adventuring with her family, cosying up with a good book, and spending time connecting with those closest to her.
