With over 12 years of experience working alongside children, adults, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of settings, Ev is passionate about helping people thrive in the environments that matter most to them. Her experience spans education, child protection, and allied health, providing her with a broad understanding of the unique strengths, goals, and challenges each individual and family brings.
Coming from an educational background, Ev has a strong understanding of the practical realities of school and early childhood settings. She is passionate about working collaboratively with educators while advocating for the individual needs of each child, ensuring supports are meaningful, achievable, and embedded into everyday routines. She also values working alongside adults and their support networks to build independence, enhance quality of life, and create meaningful, person-centred outcomes.
Ev takes a person-centred, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to Positive Behaviour Support. She believes behaviour is a form of communication and values taking the time to understand each person's experiences, relationships, and environment to develop supports that are respectful, individualised, and sustainable. She is committed to building genuine relationships with participants, families, and support networks, recognising that meaningful outcomes are achieved through trust, collaboration, and shared understanding.
A strong believer in capacity building, Ev thrives on working collaboratively with all stakeholders and enjoys delivering training, coaching, and practical strategies that empower families, educators, support workers, and multidisciplinary teams to confidently implement approaches that meet the unique needs of each individual. She is passionate about helping others develop the knowledge and confidence to create positive, lasting change in everyday life.
