David is a passionate and dedicated professional with 1.5 years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, complemented by a Bachelor of Psychological Science from the University of Newcastle (2024).
His approach is deeply rooted in person-centred care, focusing on individuals’ strengths and abilities to help them achieve meaningful goals.
During his time in the disability sector, he developed strong skills in supporting people with intellectual disabilities and mental health challenges, including managing behaviours of concern and promoting emotional regulation.
